Warrior renews its already popular hockey club line for 2022 and releases the Covert QR5 30. The Covert QR5 30 is lighter, tougher and has a newly designed blade. Warrior continues with its Edge Taper shaft design for the Covert QR5 30. This angular taper runs through the club and drives flex energy through the shaft, giving the player the fastest possible shot. This unique shaft design also improves the club's response and makes the club feel more stable and stronger. For construction, the QR5 30 is lighter and tougher than ever thanks to the Minimus Carbon UD, which is a high-strength, lightweight one-way fiber construction that is more efficient. The Minimus Carbon UD is accompanied by the revolutionary lightweight construction RLC 133. This is a high-quality construction that has the latest lightweight fiber technology and epoxy resin formulation to provide the ultimate strength. The QR5 30 features Fuelcore Blade technology. Fuelcore is a lightweight polymer blade core that improves the puck feel. To further increase the blade's durability, Warrior has included a composite layer around the blade's core and redesigned it to be stronger and tougher, extending its life. Finally, the Covert QR5 30 has sliding grips, which are structured zones only where you need them to provide optimal grip and control. Grip textures have been removed from other areas to make it easy for the player to slide their hands up and down.
