The 2020 Warrior Covert QRE 10 Hockey stick has arrived and is the newest installment of Warrior’s top of the line Covert model. This addition to the line continues to build off previous generations and offers some key upgrades for 2020. A main upgrade in the 2020 model is the carbon fiber Warrior has crafted the stick with. Minimus Carbon 1500D replaces the older 1200 design. This is a high strength, ultra-lightweight unidirectional design. The QRE 10 shaft is lighter and tougher than ever. This dynamic material has elastic properties, providing an excellent feel for all aspects of the game. This stick is not only built with shooting in mind but passing and stick handling, too. Helping make this a very well-rounded stick is Shadow Feel. This construction creates an extremely balanced stick. Warrior claims this is the most balanced hockey stick ever produced, giving the player unmatched stick control and response during play. True1Shadow is the continuation of Warrior’s True one-piece design. A one-piece hockey stick helps to keep the stick lightweight while enhancing how it feels during play by giving you more control and better response. Moving into the blade, Warrior’s Fuelcore+ gives shots an extra pop off the blade. The lightweight polymer blade is constructed with 25K Enigma Carbon weave around the core for exceptional durability and toughness. Fuelcore+ reduces the breakdown of materials in the blade and increases durability and feel. Along the shaft, Warrior has applied a Slide Grip textured zone where the player most needs the grip. They removed unneeded grip areas to not only make a lighter stick but making it easier to slide your hands for poke checks and face-offs. Building on 20 years of research and know-how, the LX stick line will feature Dynamic Strike technology.
