The new Catalyst 7X5 goalie pants have been optimized with the butterfly goalie in mind to enhance their on-ice performance. Fit: Traditional Fit Liner: Moisture Wicking Belt: External For improved adjustability and fit, True uses their Tackala inspired wide opening and an external belt system allows for a customized fit and chest protector integration. The 7X5 pants have a flexible construction coupled with a moisture wicking liner. In the hip, double layered hip floaters are reinforced with True’s patented Intelligent Body Protection to produce a construction designed to disperse the force of impact away from the hip joint while absorbing shock. For enhanced back protection, True uses their injected spine protection with added ventilation for superior breathability, and a segmented tailbone pad to optimize mobility. The thigh of the pants is wide and molded with large high-density foam blocks for better coverage when in the butterfly.
