Brand new for 2022, the sixth iteration of Warrior Goalie’s beloved Ritual line has arrived! Building off the rich history and success of the G3, G4 and G5 lines, the G6 is destined to join them in the pantheon of beloved Warrior gear. The Warrior Ritual G6 Pro+ Senior Goalie Blocker is super-lightweight and designed to help goalies get the most out of their equipment. Making its return from the G5 is Warrior’s CoverEDGE+ technology. Designed to maximize coverage via an innovative face forward design, the face of each piece of G6 gear is brought forward, cutting down the angle to the puck to let you get a piece that would miss traditionally designed gear. The face of the Ritual G6 Pro+ Blocker offers a thicker board, reinforced with HyperComp to add rigidity and durability to the blocker and provide maximum rebound speed. A 20 degree angle is designed to deflect pucks high towards the glass. The flatter profile presents a larger surface to the shooter and an open cuff is designed for maximum wrist mobility. Moving around to the palm of the Ritual G6 Pro+, the palm itself is fully removable and can be adjust to a High, Medium, or Low setting or completely replaced with an Intermediate, Medium, Large or XL liner. Stock, the G6 Pro Senior comes with a Senior Large removable palm. Every piece stemming off the blocker palm is highly adjustable with many attachment points for the goaltender to find the exact fit and feel they want out of the G6. Internally, the backhand foam is tapered down toward the fingers of the blocker to help angle to nose down and create a more natural hand position for the goaltender to easily reach toward pucks and present the blocker to the shooter. Finally, on the side of the G6 blocker, you will find an adjustable contoured thumb and finger protection. This is reinforced with HyperComp for added protection to these small key areas. A side index finger pad can be adjusted and or removed for the goaltenders’ comfort and protection. The thumb piece itself can be angled in different ways and adjusted to be more comfortable on the goaltenders’ hand if desired Around the entire perimeter of the blocker, you will find Warrior’s clean construction which is essentially a bindingless style perimeter to help prevent any premature wear.
