The CCM RibCor 66K Skate delivers much-improved power and comfort with its new updated composite mesh quarter package. CCM aimed for a lighter, more efficient skate that wouldn't lose the signature RibCor fit and feel that players love. They accomplished this by removing the Pump and Lace-Lock features; replacing them with lightweight ankle padding that is even more comfortable than before. Preventing upper-ankle abrasion that tends to occur on higher-end skates like these are the Smooth Contour pads found on the collar or neck of the boot. Internally, CCM gave the 66K skate a two-tone liner that provides solid durability and feel.
